Free tracked shipping on every order

Every order ships free with tracking, worldwide. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as your order is sent.

Pre-order and packing times

Dolly Advent Calendars are packed to order in small, limited batches. Please allow 6–10 business days for your order to be prepared. Orders with Priority Processing are packed first.

Delivery times

Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays and customs. Order early to make sure your calendar arrives before December 1st.

Shipping Protection

If you add Shipping Protection at checkout and your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Customs and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the customer.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Email us as soon as possible if it needs changing; we can't change the address once an order has shipped.
